Friends are already on soccer on the same nights. Tell us the soccer night. Saturday 9–noon exists for a reason. Antelope families usually decide this based on Antelope Road traffic and whether 12–15 minutes fits the week.
The “I can do it myself” year
Four-year-olds want independence. Class is structured so they can succeed without a parent on the floor.
Same director as the older ballet
Melissa sets both rooms. The 4s are not a franchise add-on with a different method.
Dress code ramps up
After trial, we want leotard and slippers. That is part of the “this is class” cue at this age.
Recital without the scare tactics
Nutcracker and Showcase are on the studio calendar. A 4-year-old performs if they are ready, not because we sold a package.
A normal week in ballet classes for 4 year olds
We begin to gently fix sickle feet. We do not scream across the room, "STOP THAT!" We have a longer standing portion than the 3s. Sitting-on-the-floor time is shorter. Note on schedule: Weekday evenings and Saturday mornings; some blocks of preschool-hour periods if that better accommodates nap schedules. Tuition is automatically billed on the 1st. Classes are not pro-rated for days missed, holidays, or the two week summer and winter breaks. Disenrollment requires 30 days written notice.
