Please take a moment to review our studio policies — understanding these helps ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for every family.

Payment Policies

Credit card on file required to secure enrollment.
Tuition auto-billed on the 1st of each month.
Tuition is the same each month and will not be pro-rated for missed classes, observed holidays, or summer (two weeks) and winter (two weeks) break.
Declined payments incur a $25 fee the following month.
Registration fee + first month due at signup. Call 916.276.8408 for rates.

Disenrollment Policy

30-day written notice required to withdraw from classes.

Student Placement

Placed by age, experience, and skill level.
Level may be adjusted during the first month of enrollment.

Classroom Etiquette

No phones, no food, no gum, no drinks — water only.
Students must be courteous and follow studio rules.
Disruptive behavior may result in sitting out.
Parents notified immediately of any concerns.
