About Our Lyrical Classes
Lyrical dance combines ballet technique with contemporary movement and emotional expression. Dancers learn to tell stories through graceful, flowing movements set to meaningful music. This style develops artistry, flexibility, and the ability to connect deeply with music and emotion while building strong technical skills.
Form-fitting dance clothes (leotard and shorts or leggings). Foot undies or bare feet. Hair pulled back securely.
