The weekly downhill traffic heading home after work on Monday thru Thursday nights is real, but Saturday morning (9 a.m.–noon, studio hours) is the preferred trip for Old Town or the fairgrounds side: downhill, reverse commute, free parking at the door. Here are the landmarks this family actually uses: Old Town Auburn, Gold Country Fairgrounds, and Auburn Recreation District. For high school, this is the Placer High School neighborhood. For the public-school bubble, the districts are Auburn Union School District and Placer Union High School District. Dance as a twice-weekly class for a preschooler is usually off-campus. Driving distance from the Harding Blvd studio is about 15.1 miles; allow 22–25 minutes in normal traffic. Barre is not optional
Pliés and tendus happen every week. Recital combo does not replace them in November.
Dress code is clear
Leotard, pink tights, slippers, hair up. Buy once; we will not surprise you with a new “required” shoe every month.
Pointe when the body is ready
Pointe prep is built as a later step (we list ages 10+). Strength and placement come first.
Same studio as the other styles
If they add tap or jazz later, they do not change buildings.

We'll let you know if another style (tap, jazz) needs to sit a session so ballet can set. Nutcracker casting is a ballet-heavy show. Summer Showcase still includes ballet students. Schedule: Weekday evenings and Saturday mornings in the Harding Blvd studio. Billing: Tuition is automatically billed on the 1st of the month. Classes are NOT prorated for missed days, holidays, or the two week summer and winter breaks. Disenrollment must have 30 days written notice.
