What Loomis parents actually ask before they drive 12–15 minutes
Public-school dance (if that’s a thing) doesn’t begin for years after preschool. Tutu is a children’s studio, not a factory of competitors. Placements are by age and ability; Melissa Reich has been teaching since 2005 and trains her own teachers in early childhood education, not just choreography. Loomis families typically decide this by the traffic on Downtown Taylor Road and if 12–15 minutes will fit into the week.

A normal week in dance classes
Feel free to watch. We do not have a one-way policy for trial week, and don't hide the room during class. Short warm-up, then skills, then a combo. Preschool has more games and songs; the older classes take on the form of a more traditional technique class. Schedule note: Studio classes are offered Monday–Thursday 4–8 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m.–noon. Jazz classes are only on weekday evenings. Billing: Tuition is automatically billed on the 1st of the month. Classes are not pro-rated for missed days, holidays, or the two week summer and winter breaks. 30 days written notice is required for disenrollment.
